Nothing has been updated in a while now (transmog, talents), etc.
Any word, or how to prompt it to reset? 
The quickest way would be to apply for a job at blizzards on the team that handles the websites and forums to fix it, there are clearly openings. lol
Otherwise the only way is to play the hurry up and wait game.
