It has come to my attention that after farming the Armored Razzashi Raptor mount from Bloodlord Mandokir for quite some time, that the mount is bugged. The Armored Razzashi Raptor has not dropped for any of my characters on my account, after 654 attempts.
Now, while it is obvious that this claim of a mount being bugged is normally met with naysayers who simply tell you that you are having bad luck or that the mount is RNG and a low drop rate, thus meaning this is just some sort of anomaly or unlikely bugged because of such reasoning. However I argue, that the mount (which is most likely 1%), is below the intended drop rate. This does not mean the mount does not drop, but that instead, the mount drops at a much lower rate than is intended.
I am saying, to reiterate, that the mount is below a 1% drop rate. We have seen a similar problem with the Swift Zulian Panther off of High Priestess Kilnara, funnily enough in the same instance, where the mount was obviously bugged and so it was hotfixed by Blizz in March of this year.
As the Armored Razzashi Raptor is also in this dungeon, I would suspect that perhaps both mounts were bugged and that only the Swift Zulian Panther was fixed. Given I am not the only one who has hundreds of attempts on this mount (400, 500, 600+) I highly suspect that it is bugged and that Blizz needs to investigate to either deny or confirm my suspicions.
