Armor that gives off lightning bolts or looks like the person is full of lightning

Hey everyone,

Hoping that someone here might know of an armor set that radiates lightning, or gives of lightning as a transmog aesthetic. Going for a specific theme and was just wondering if anyone knew of any sets in raids or what not. Appreciate any info, thank you.

Edit Currently its for a Hunter but I do hope to find enough to expand to alts.

What armor type?

Throne of Thunder has some good stuff. Especially a plate helm.

Shaman tier 6 and Tomb of Sargeras sets are pretty good for lightning if your chain mail.
