Is it me, or does certain races look weird in certain armor sets? For instance Tauren warlock, I looked at the black temple set you get. And they extremely awkward and weird due to the body type.
Maybe because I’m so used to orcs, undead, belfs looking cool in warlock tier sets. Does anyone else agree with me?
Its not just you, its the entire problem with WoW armor and why they are wo hesitant to add in new race skeletons…

Definitely not just you. It’s part of the reason I dropped my Worgen main of 8 years. They look TERRIBLE in most armor sets. ESPECIALLY helmets. I can only imagine how awful Tauren must look in a lot of armor.
Well yeah. Most shoulder models just look silly on gnomes. Especially since their idle animation is so active that it causes them to constantly crash into their ears/head.
Fortunately, there are so many appearances in the game at this point that it’s not that hard to find something that looks good.

Can’t wait to see Gnomes running around in Monk’s set from Undermined, that’s gonna look very silly. 
Hmm. Not sure there’s really much for tauren in cloth. 
I suppose it can work better with tribal themed robes but that’s ancient now. 
At this point I don’t bother with most helmets.
The only thing that bothers me in this regard is helms, especially plate, on the bestial races. Blizzard has to stretch and contort the helms to fit on the not-human shape of their heads. A lot of times, I just opt to not wearing a headpiece. The Warrior T1 helm, especially, looks really bad on Tauren.

Did I say silly? I meant to say they’re gonna look adorable. I can’t wait to see them drop Spirit Bombs and Kamehameha on Gallywix next patch.
I also feel that robes that rely a lot on textures to create ‘fake 3D-ness’ looks really bad on most races simply because of how the textures stretch and warp.
We do have tech nowadays to avoid most of that fake 3D and yet some stuff, like the 11.1 Druid tier, does have a lot of that kind of texture.
