Has anyone had an issue with gear not showing up in the “Sets” section of the appearances under the collections tab and/or not showing up in the appearance for transmog?
I have a couple of items that aren’t showing up as part of completing the set…one of which doesn’t show up in the appearance tab for completing the set OR for transmog and I actively have it equipped currently. Just curious if anyone else has encountered this and/or corrected it?
I’m assuming you’re talking about the Honorbound item sets. There are actually three of them, if I recall correctly, only one of which is an actual Set. The others should show up normally in the Appearances interface though. Have you tried filtering for them in the specific item slot you’re concerned about?
Sorry, should have specified. The most noticeable is the Flame-Sterilized Spaulders from Uldir. It’s not in my appearance set tab or in transmog.
Edited to add i searched for it by name and type and it doesn’t show either.
I have noticed it on other items. I have a 2 hander mace called the pacifier, which is essentially a bowling ball on a stick w/ 4 spikes.
For unknown reasons it doesn’t show in my transmog library.
If you just obtained it, does it still have a trade timer? I’m assuming not if you actually equipped it. It is possible for it to show up under another item’s name if that item has the same appearance though, so I’d go through your Appearances and right-click anything that looks similar to see if it’s been lumped under another item’s appearance.
No trade timer as I’ve had it on for a couple of weeks now. I’ll keep digging. Thanks!
I have this problem with a few items also. I picked up the mythic version of Blackfuse Company Utility Knife on my hunter the other day and I have it in my bags but i cannot find it in my appearances tab. I really want to use it on my rogue! Also I bought Decapitator of Alireza on my Warrior and want to use it on my DK but it is not there. Both of these have been unlocked for weeks and there is definitely not a wait timer on them anymore. I made them favorites just to be sure they went into my account collection but its not there =(

Still though. A 2 year Necro is impressive.
I have a few items that I know I unlocked, even whole sets, and they’ve just poof disappeared. I’ve submitted tickets but blizz claims I never earned them. But I did. Most notably, it’s the items that cost Marks of Honor to redeem.
Honestly, the system for tmog can’t be trusted and I’ve learned to try to hold on to everything.
Found this post googling, I have an annoying issue atm with the sinful gladiator plate elite set, the 1600 req. Pieces (boots, gloves, legs) do not show up on sets or individual collection, went for 1800cr and I unlocked the remaining pieces but not the 1600 ones, submitted a ticket a few days ago, my reply was to reset my ui incase an addon was causing it, tried this and no joy. Worse part is, Blizzard can see I have earned them and showing up on my account. I’ve tried countless methods to find a fix with no joy so far…
