How do I get “Cleanup” to put the items at the top?
Edit: Seems this is how Blizzard sorts bags…downloaded Bagnon and the cleanup feature on that addon did the exact same thing (along with going back to ElvUI to learn that the sorting feature I love is custom code). So goofy…what are the CVar commands for Blizzard’s bag sorting code, does anyone know?
Grab Advanced Interface Options, enable the Reverse Cleanup option.
It appears that Blizzard is categorizing bags. “Junk” items being the right-most (reverse would put this left most) bag. Unless it puts anything else into the bag, it will only put Junk items into that specific bag.
On second thought, maybe you can’t mess with the code that Blizzard runs and that’s just how it is. Maybe I have to rely on custom code sorting methods vs Blizzard’s which makes this entire post moot.

My Bagnon sorts the entire stack, except for the bags I’ve told it to ignore. Non-junk goes up (closer to my backpack) junk goes down (closer to my reagent bag, or in my case bag 4 cuz I have it set to ignore)
Blizzard’s default interface only categorizes bags you manually tell it to.
