How many 2’s wins would you need to buy full set of conquest gear?

if you do it over 7 days getting the first win of the day bonus it would be 155 wins 162 including the 7 first wins of the day. First win of the day is 35 conq every win after than is 25 and the current conq cap is 4100

after grinding all those arenas while undergeared fighting up hill the whole way you get to grind an absurd amount of honor just to upgrade it

I thought he was asking how much a full set would cost and not what we can currently get. A full set by my quick estimate would be 700 conquest (averaging out all armor pieces) x 14=9,800 conquest. Then 1800 for weapon. So total 11,600 conquest for a full gear set. Divide by 25 conquest (ignoring first win daily bonus for 10 extra conq) that’s like 464 wins. Assume 50% w/l ratio (which will actually be much worse when starting out undergeared) you can expect to play almost 1k games to get fully geared. Of course if you do this over weeks you will get some vault rewards too, probably do some bg’s/brawls/etc. But strictly speaking if you wanted to grind it all in 2’s in 1 week that’s what you’d be looking at. Not sure any sane person would ever try this.

You need 11075 conquest if you buy it all. Which takes 20 weeks or 19 weeks if you get the new damage trinket from the korthia quest.
20 weeks:
The cap is 800 for the first week then 18 weeks of 550 and the last week you need 375. The first win in 2s is worth 35 and then the rest are 25. So you need: 32 wins week one, 22 wins for 18 weeks and 15 wins on your last week. For a total of 443 wins.
19 weeks:
The cap is 800 for the first week then 17 weeks of 550 and the last week you need 225. The first win in 2s is worth 35 and then the rest are 25. So you need: 32 wins week one, 22 wins for 18 weeks and 9 wins on your last week. For a total of 437 wins.
This assumes you don’t do anything else to get conquest. Which is a bad assumption because some weeks you get a bonus 100 conquest (?) from a weekly to get wins in the arena. So, we can be generous and say you need about 400 wins in 2s. Over 19 weeks. Which is awful…

I have the best idea guys! Honor gives best gear in game for pvp and Conquest gives Conduits/Trinkets/Weapons so we still have an incentive to max out but not as significant of a disadvantage.
i would literalyl just copy MoP’s pvp gear system. it was perfect. play bgs to get honor gear then with full honor gear u start quing arena at a slight disadvantage but nothing absurd till u get ur full set. Also everything had a gem slot
My 220 geared bm from last season feels really good to play atm. I can do games on him like its nothing.
