Did they increase the AP earned for lower ratings this time? Post here with rating / number of points earned if so please! Just curious before the calculators get updated.

It’s either busted or Blizzard is even more incompetent than I thought (which is saying a lot).
I got 1285 points from a 1607 rated 3v3 team, and 1206 points from a 2202 2v2 team…
There’s no way that 3s should get more points than that 2s.
Yeah that does feel a little bad.
I played 2s to 1577 and got 1050 points this week, should have been ~520
anything with more points is a welcome change, but somewhat ominous for those worried about blizzard rushing to wotlk.

I think all brackets should give the equivalent of the 5s calculation. It’s a really archaic system to keep the distribution split like this when 2s is by far the most popular bracket
My 5s has 192 rating and got 597 points. Would have been 350 before so its a decent addition on the extreme low end.
2’s suck balls and is the most popular bracket for rogues and warlocks. i play ele sham so 3’s or 5’s is most fun. 2’s should never give the most since it’s the no life sweaty people.

I’m sorry you play a class that isn’t very viable in 2s. But you’re also playing one of the most uncommon classes. You’re more then welcome to play another bracket, but you shouldn’t punish people for playing 2s because you can’t.

Blizzard libtards, once again, adopt socialism to a competitive feature and decided to give out participation trophies. This will instantly kill brackets and increase queue times. just log on for 10games a week in 5’s and be done. Holy crap, y’all really know how to kill games. F’ing California ruining the whole country.
Lol you are so out of touch it’s hilarious… I bet it increases participation and lowers que times… as if the majority weren’t already logging for 10 games anyway… this just means more people will que period.
FYI the easier it is to gear the more people that play. This isn’t even including alts which will be significantly more common now.
I can see both arguments - less people will need/want to push high rated 2s/3s/(even 5s with how scaling is) in order to get geared
but more people will be able to get geared/level alts and be able to play.
it wouldnt surprise me for higher end 2s/3s to be even more dead than previous seasons until the last 2 weeks but potentially have higher participation overall
they really just help me out a lot in life. now i don’t have to play more than a 30mins a week because there’s no point.
