Nobody plays arena in any other version of the game, but I agree it will totally work this time.

or some FFA king-of-the-hill.
tons of ideas. could be full-loot, where you combine armorpieces for higher level, highlabder style…
even a SMITE-style MOBA…

As someone who was a simp for Arena and OG BC season 2/3 gladiator… I don’t want Arena in SoD. Don’t get me wrong I had fun back in the day but if SoD is to get competitive PvP I’d rather see something more like RBGs. 10v10 > 3v3 based on how SoD class design works.
Blood moon is fun though. I prefer blood moon over SoD 3s that’s for sure.
I think it would be super fun (would also be an imbalance ****-show, but those can be fun too sometimes). But also see the reality that people who like arenas are kind of the minority.

What if I told you you could play arena right now?
Blood moon would be alot more fun if they added another LOA roaming every phase, imagine 2 or 3 of those things roaming STV, they could be in 3 different locations, OR all in the same due to patrols and fights happening. That would spread the people out more so they are actually hunting parties. OR it would lead to even more absolute CHAOS in the midst of them all. one could be eating corpse while the other charges a pack of gnomes.
yea I don’t want to play cata arena or retail arena. Not at all. Lets go classic SoD arena. Thought SoD was suppose to be about trying new things and stepping outside the box? What ever happened to that?

Vanilla never had arena. It came out in TBC pre-patch for classic but could only do skirmishes. It was still the best thing that they ever did content wise for classic.
Idk if troll or clueless, but people play this game just to pvp at this point nobody cares about killing the same boss with one mechanic for a 1000000x time. Literally the only reason I even open blizzard client nowadays is to pvp, if anything they should make pvp not require pve gear, like its in cata atm.
pvp is dead in WoW for a decade. Raiding is what the true uberleets cut their teeth into.

WoD and all the cheating certainly did it dirty.
Add resil to the game then maybe people will want arena in SoD.
