Is it possible to move default arena frames cast bars ? script or addon
“Edit Mode Expanded” should help you. Basically default Blizzard “Edit mode” with extra options, such as move focus bar, move additional cast bars, etc. I think there’s an option for arena cast bars too.

Damn, then probably Gladius has an option to move cast bars and change the frames. Those are my only two suggestions sadly.
