Keep trying to give the Cenarian spirits to the girl but it just keeps trying to cast the spell on her. I am unable to “lure” her away from the outpost with the spirits.

I’m having the same problem with the quest, unfortunately it’s the last one to be finished for the map conquest

I was able to get her lured away by setting the interact button to ‘F’ and the spamming it. It allowed the quest to give her the spirits to pop up and I was able to complete it.

What you need to do is get frustrated and click as fast as you can at least 10 times. When I did this the quest popped up so I could give her the spirits.
