I recently participated in 2 solo shuffle matches and when I normally would have received conquest points for the wins I had, I instead received nothing. I tried to opened ticket with support and stated that they are unable to assist me. Please audit and give the conquest points I earned on my Evoker Ztarlazer, being close to the end of the season I need the points in order to get to the rating for the achievement i am hunting,
Did you do the matches on Tuesday? There was a massive meltdown of something for most of Tuesday and into Wednesday before the maintenance. It broke a lot of systems and one of those was no honor/conquest being awarded. Unfortunately that is lost to the ether.
