I’ve seen this before with classic. The queue will be gone in another week or two, and players that left will be regretting their decision.

they could remove the queue but then server would lag for everyone.
now if they were to download more RAM though…

Didn’t they just give a free server transfer so people could take toons off of there if they like

its really not that bad after the first 2 or so weeks. Itll die down and the queues will become almost non existent. I only waited 80 minutes tonight where as I waited 3 hours a few days before it.
Same although I might move one of my alliance locks.

I am in a 75 minute queue otherwise I’d check for myself.
I transferred a character off Stormrage this morning so I believe so.
Still have characters on Illidan and Area 52 but I am not sitting in queue to find out.
Stormrage no longer appears in the dropdown menu

Stormrage was never a destination. It’s one of the realms you can freely transfer off.
I am silly; in my angst, I misread their post.
Illidan and Area 52 still can be transferred off so can Stormrage as a matter of fact, I just created a character to test it and you can freely transfer a newly created character.
I am not sure what you were looking for though - to transfer TO Stormrage?
