Recently a forum agent commented on a similar thread, the goal currently is to hopefully diagnose and fix the issue.
I remember back when my server went offline so many times it was nicknamed Downhammer by guildies. That was ages ago, but these tend to be transitory, but I’m not sure destroying what’s left of a servers population is the final answer.
