Every time I go to those locations I’ve never seen them. Not even a “showing up just as it dies” wth is going on with Ysondre and Emeriss?
they are on a rotation check the map and see what dragon is up
the quest tracker is bugged

There’s one dragon up each day, it should show which one on the world map. (Not the zone map.)

They are around, I was able to complete achievement from killing all 4. Emriss still sucks BTW, lots of mushroom, lots of corpse running, lots of zerging and praying someone’s alive long enough to keep Emriss from resetting
I still don’t understand why Blizzard changed Eremiss from her vanilla counterpart. The Shrooms would only spawn if a player died back in vanilla. No dot that spawned a shroom after it dropped off or was dispelled.
I guess Blizzard probably had the expectation that people would actually kill the shrooms (mainly ranged due to the crap they have around them) but… good luck with that. Or the fact that the power creep is so beyond vanilla that they had to change her encounter to match it. After all, the vanilla world bosses returned during the 14th anniversary for WoW. Which was during BFA.
