I just resubbed for a couple weeks to catch up to everything that is released and prepare for 8.2.
Forgive me for being out of the loop here but you’re going to need level 50 HoA to quest or do the raid when 8.2 drops?
Unsubbed currently. The game has just gone too far away from what I enjoy.
It feels like everything is just so fleeting in the game now. Powerful gear is far too easy to obtain so theres nothing to work for. Just pull the lever till it hits. I dont like that about this game.

No idea if I’ll return for now on Retail, but the addiction is still strong where I think about resubbing a lot. After playing for 15 years its hard to just drop the game due to the sunk fallacy cost of my time and money.
Trying to avoid Classic as I know I don’t have the time or energy to keep up with my friends.

Trying to like the game but forcing myself to log on is just burning me out on it even more. I still kinda like random BG’s and random heroics but those two things are hardly worth justifying $15 a month when I can get my pvp and dungeon running fix from one time fee alternatives. Game is sucking more and more, especially for those of us that don’t do M+ and raids.

I would come back if vulpera were added but since they seem to think not announcing AR’s is a good strategy I’m only going to do a month sub in november to get the deathwing mount, probably the last month I play bfa and I’ve been unsubbed since march. I keep an eye on the forums since I still want the game to be better but it’s become more of a “watch the world burn from afar” situation.
When I unsubbed, I could write for about a month after canceling. If you get logged out for any reason, posting goes away. You can still flag and like posts.
Yeah, usually if you cancel your sub and you have like 10 days remaining you can still post in during those 10 days. But, I have no sub. No days remaining. Nothing. Which is why I’m surprised I can post.
I’ve heard it’s a bug with the new forums.
pretty much this, class is crap and no i ain’t rerolling. the days of playing something else cause they broke something is long past. this game is way to old to have to reroll constantly cause i can’t do my job and do classes right. been unsubbed twice in bfa and if 8.2 does nothing for my class i will be unsubbed again. bfa just sucked, say what you want about any other expansion but i sure as hell had way more fun playing my toons than bfa. always be worst for me.

If Blizzard wants the $30 a month from my house, they have to stop stretching out content with hideously obvious gimmicks. I mean, honestly, that’s the whole reason we unsub. When the game is more frustrating than rewarding for weeks, we unsub at our house. As players who have been around since just before BfA dropped, it isn’t about the game being hard, about not wanting to work for rewards, or about not being able to get the best rewards.
When you put time-played first, people stop playing. This began being a problem in WoD and has been since.

This sums up how I’ll be buying/playing wow in the future.
The vast amount of time gates in current wow is terrible design.

Quit on the second month of BFA when it was apparent that this was a filler expansion. Resubbed for a month when the second warfront hit only for that to be an underwhelming amount of content as well.
Definitely remaining unsubbed until one of the following happens:
Actual player housing like Wildstar did.
Chris Metzen stepping back up.
Armour restrictions being lifted outside of class.

I’m still doing the occasional stuff, but mostly waiting for 8.2 myself. I’m extremely impatiently awaiting flight to unlock.
Unsubbed already, cant imagine how people would pay real money for this garbage game.

Wish that didn’t crash and burn like it did.
I would very much like the game to go back to the open world RPG “world of warcraft.”
Instead we have “current patch of warcraft.”
Maybe ive changed, maybe the game changed, Im not entirely sure but it feels like the RPG-exploration-discovery-omg what is THAT? Moments are gone.

Unsubbed since late January. Still hanging around for AR information. I’ll come back if a cool reptilian race ever gets added (crossing fingers for Sethrak).
After all the things i’ve lost from my spellbook, the ‘game’ feels dumbed down, frustrating, and not very enjoyable. The one thing that could bring me back is RP, because that’s an aspect of the game that Blizzard can’t ruin unless they actively tried (and even then, it would break so many other things that the game wouldn’t be WoW anymore).
So, if I’m going to come back for RP, I won’t be making any compromises on the character i want to RP as. And the biggest checkbox for that character is cool lizardmanz.

This happened to me last week, I had been unsubbed for 3 months, tried to post and could. Went home, I was logged out of the forums. Logged back in and couldn’t post.
Today was the opposite, it remembered me not being allowed to post and then I had to log out and back in for it to allow me to post again.
