RP-PvP if they reconsider having one at launch.

My biggest worry about playing on a PvP server is time.

I’m not a 20-something any more who can stay up until 1am PvPing to get a quest done, or getting revenge on that one ganker. Those were glory days, and I will treasure the battles.

I now have two kids in middle school and job with responsibilities. I get 3-4 two hour blocks a week to play. I don’t want to lose my leveling experience to getting corpse camped

Agree. PvP adds virtually nothing to the game. Some of the best world PvP I’ve ever participated in was on PvE servers anyway.

PvP, just so much fun lost without experiencing it imo.

Nothing like just minding your own business leveling or heading to a dungeon and someone ganks you only to get their tailfeathers busted up, naw mean.

p.s. I don’t understand your question. Are you asking what someone’s server used to be? Because all servers are either PVE or RP now.

First character - RP-PvE.

Alt army - RP-PvE for Horde, another RP-PvE for Alliance, and RP-PvP (:GLARES at Blizzard:) for at least 2-3 characters that I can play on the side. I will not play mains on a PvP realm, because most of the time I just want to zen and quest - not stress about gankers. I still do play on PvP realms, but it’s when I intentionally want to be engaged that way (and it’s actually boring to just quest with no one around when I wanted some PvP threat).

If I have to go at Classic solo; PvP server.

However, I have several friend that will be starting Classic with me; PvE server.

Why, because they have no interest in PvP and I’d rather play Classic with the people that enjoy the game in similar ways as I do.

RP probably. Originally leveled on Magtheridon, fun ‘subject to change’ on someone elses whim wasn’t ideal. I’m all for a fair fight, imo that’s pretty rare on a PVP server.

You’re in the Classic Discussion forum. WOW Classic is not Retail, and will not have the Warmode flag to go to PvP shards.
