Now, +8 rewards gilded crests, but I don’t feel like doing m+ anymore. The whole m+ system this season still feels like a horrible job rather than an exciting game.

Seems fine to me. I get to farm my BIS m+ trinkets while I get myth crests. Seriously just run Arakara over and over, you’ll be capped in a few hours and +2-+3 every key.

I doubt I will be getting any gilded crests this season. Delves should totally give gilded crests for T11s.

Delver’s bounty maps give a small number of them, so you can at least get a few each week.
I’m not happy about it being 8… I think 6 was perfect, along with Myth vault at 7 or 8. But… I am at least motivated to do 8 keys now. I simply had not even really tried to do 8 keys prior to the update due to the lack of incentive… and now I have done several. So I would have to admit that it did motivate me to move forward a little.

I’ve only got 3 maps so far this season, they seem to have a annoyingly low droprate.

I seem to consistently get three a week just doing my bountifuls… Makes me wonder if that’s the cap, or if it just happens to work out that way.
Ill do it on my alt.
Yes, 8s are easy. Getting a pile of free crafting runes crests from 24 renown easily shoots even fresh toons into decently high keys.
Got to admit that the change seems to be working. Just logged into the game, and saw 2 crafting orders for enchanted gilded crest. Never saw one order in the past 2 weeks.
Im very motivated, the gear progression feels so much smoother now.
I did one +2 as a healer and I was already worn out lol. It’s crazy the amount of coordination needed even on low keys these days

Honestly, a scaling droprate for these that increases with each tier past 8 would be a decent solution to this, possibly allow some okay gilded gains and non vault hero gear for those interested in doing their entire gearing process in delves
my way of them wil be delve maps or converting my rune crests from the tokens each week, not stepping into the hellhole that is m+ again for a bit
I am motivated to have Blizz remove Mythic as a difficulty level and focus on actual important things like class balancing, new dungeons/raids, and more account wide options.
I’m not motivated to do keys period. m+ is still a trash system.

I’ll admit it first my tanking this week has been a bit mid but I don’t feel the same guilt on failing cause I know I’ll get there eventually.
No because they are still asking me to do 18s to get gilded when in DF i just had to do 16+
Also these M+ dungeons are awful, not tuned, and the affixes for this season are dog water bad.
