There seems to be a handhold missing to get up the mountain for this world quest and no way to get Rupert to help.

Use the group finder to shard hop. It is very much bugged on some shards but the problem is that a single rock is missing.
Some shards have the rock, some do not.

Has it been figured out what this problem is connected to? (Character, account, graphics settings, server?)
I’ve been checking with several characters trying to reproduce it, but haven’t yet had any trouble collecting time lost kittens,
