Yeah… that’s contact information regarding their privacy policy and to report issues with data collection, concerns regarding data sharing, etc. etc. That has nothing to do with Customer Support, and you can see the full context of that snipped here:

If you get a response at all trying to get Customer Support through that Email, it’s probably just going to be a link redirecting you to their ticket system.

FYI, The OP is quite angry that they won’t remove parent controls from his account without confirming his/hers identity. Even though CS told him what he needed to do to get it removed. He refused to show proof who he/she says they are.

God forbid they get locked out of their account…

CS is currently on vacation until after the holiday anyway. So most you’ll get is an automated message.

Not really, the SFAs are still posting on the forums and answering tickets. Ticket turnaround is about 2 days at most.

The customer support forums are pretty helpful.

Hmmm, never seen that before.

Well, if people didn’t act like tools when asking for help.

I’ve never had a negative experience with em.

I’ve never had a negative experience per se, just never had an eventful experience that produced any actual results.

I know i opened tickets before and it seems like they dont even read them, or they have 15 year olds working there… they usually reply with some stuff that dosent even fix my issues or have anything to do with the problem

Hey Thunderbutt
I fixed it by removing every SystemApp Package autodownloaded by win 10 named Parental Controls and Xbox.

So you fixed out without using what you suggested in the OP?

ROTFL!!!

Thank you for that, I really needed a good laugh today :kissing_heart:

Well, good to know.

So it wasn’t Blizzard’s fault then? Just PEBCAK
Cute, it was your fault and I get called names.

Why did I read the title as child support?
