60$ for an expansion = good
180$ a year for 1 patch = very bad

If it was just Shadowlands I’d probably have unsubbed by now, which is par for the course for me for a while now with expansions.
Classic was a good move for them keeping my subscription. TBC will further cement that, and WotLK even more in 2 years.
i only pay for a month at a time. even if i’m not thrilled with the game at the moment, i can easily play enough this month to justify the $15, that’s nothing. when i get bored again (doesn’t take long) i’ll unsub
yes. $15 is nothing and it’s a bargain from my point of view
Cheaper than a B.O.A.T
I spend close to 15$ every day before work on a few energy drinks and snacks. /shrug
Fifty cents a day to log in whenever I want, yeah I’m good. Thanks for asking.
That’s 20mins at work
claps hands together and tilts head to the side But don’t you like your job in WoW? Sounds like you’re not paying them enough!
Nope and I am not happy with what they are charging for a remastered D2.
Don’t forget those nerfed outfits for 2 of the chars you won’t see after slapping on all that armor.
When you think of it as 50 cents a day, it’s cheap entertainment.
Maybe Sarah McLachlan should do a sad tv commercial for people struggling to pay a sub.
“For less than the cost of a cup of coffee you could help a vulpera in need.”
Really a bummer when you have bought D1, D2, D3, along with all their expansions . When they know their greatest hit will get them a quick buck. Reminds me of the old days of buying a record of your favorite group then a cassette, CD, etc.
COVID delays are a thing dude…
Like, I’m sure if COVID had never happened, we’d already be pushing through 9.1 content and either learning about, or speculating about what 9.2 was going to bring.
But COVID did happen, delays did happen (not just for Blizzard but many developers around the globe). So cut them some slack. Either that or quit if you don’t think its worth your money. Either way works.
It has nothing to do with how valuable $15 is to someone on its own. They’re asking if it’s worth it for the game in its current state. Sure, it’s not a lot of money, but would you pay $15 for a single peanut? I mean it’s only $15 measly dollars, right? Probably not because it’s not worth it.
Will I chew on that peanut for hundreds of hours?
nothin quite like a game that does’nt feel like a game, and instead feels like a job full of busy-work!
Yes, otherwise I wouldn’t pay it. Not sure why it gets so complicated for some of you
Well if you included every game with this sort or reasoning, not really.
Single-player and multiplayer games that don’t have a sub, that “money” per day gets decreased to zero as soon you buy the game. Those are what i call cheap entertainment, even at the pricepoint of $60.
