Only for weapons.

Greater eternal essences still go for quite a bit and you can get multiple from just one disenchant.

It depends on your server and economy. For a while there dream dust was worthless on grobb bit it has gone up making those level range of items worth deing again. Illusion dust is still trash, but eternal essences make it worth deing some items.
