Need Crit simply for mana gen. Our spells are expensive with little to no ways of getting it back, while other specs like MW and Disc have a near infinite supply by breathing.
Late to this thread but, this wasn’t actually a long season. It’s just that the game’s so fractured and stale that there are fewer players anywhere which makes it more boring.
I’d say make it a little shorter or, and my preference, add more content with it’s current length.
Its the focus on a single raid per season . Basically, once you clear myth as far as you can, there remains little point in the rest of the season aside from farming. If the seasons had multiple raids , one would at least have more stuff to do.
And no. The same raid being nerfed over the course of a season and having multiple “difficulties” is not multiple raids. Its 1 raid that has 3 versions they removed 1 mechanic, then 2, then 3 of the 4 mechanics per boss in.
But, why, does any of this matter… Gear to me means nothing. I gear up, all round me gears up… did they have to spend time, sweat and tears to gear up? The rares just change numbers ‘up’! Beginner content is geared up too! Why! does it matter? I’ve been playing a long time so I can see it. ‘Algorythims (AI)’ … I HATE them. They are everywhere you don’t even realize.
Gearing is half of the modern game. The other half is clearing the stuff to get the gear. Its not like classic where most of the game is farming and making friends/enemies in pvp.
I hate the drip content model and hate the WoW expansion cycle. I buy in about 6-9 months in, play for 2 month, and stop for about 2 expansions, then come back and do the same. They’re whole model is just a tired redundant trap.
