Are we going to ignore the the broken code for dungeons?

So remix pandaria dungeons are out of whack? healing for extremely low amounts, dying in 1-2 hits. takes half of your boosted mana to heal 1 fight?

I thought that remix was supposed to be easier with the back piece, sockets and trinkets.

Prior Patch: Roll through dungeon, rinse, repeat
Post patch: Die to basic mobs that have 100x the health they usually do. Boss fight? lmfao good luck.
Its kinda like blizzard said F U to the players here and now everyone in Remix is not able to do what they need to do to get the achievements or reach max level.

Perhaps fix this>

There have been other scaling issue threads in the Remix General Discussion, I suggest adding your voice to them. Support, Customer or Technical are not feedback relays.

Feedback like this is valuable, in the correct forum, or put in a bug report.

Well, it’s a shame you don’t want to follow Kozzae’s really sound advice. Our role is to offer fellow players information (if we have it), or suggest the correct forum for their inquiry. This area of the forums is a player-supported troubleshooting area, not a direct line to Blizzard customer support or developers.

You posted in a public forum. If you wanted a private communication with Blizzard staff, you should have opened a ticket.

Remix scaling is not technical support. Technical support is for hardware troubleshooting, connection, or software problems.

If you’d like to report a potential bug or give feed back on the new scaling, the only way to get that heard is by posting in the forums linked above or via the in-game option. Devs do not come to the Support forums to collect feedback and blues do not pass it along.

As noted, Remix scaling is not a Technical issue, therefore posting in this section has zero chance of manifesting any kind of updates.

The others are providing suggestions that may help, you have the ability to take that advice or not. You do not get to dictate who may reply to the thread.

I suggest, if you believe there is a bug, to post in the Bug Report forums to report it. Otherwise, you will want to post your suggestion in the appropriate Community forum or by submitting said suggestion through the in-game option under the Support menu.
