Should i bang out all the cheeves/adamant vault cosmetics/mounts/etc…?
Or can i come back in DF and faceroll it?
We haven’t gotten any information on that yet. They usually make a blog post of things going away in pre-patch/expansion launch like a month or two before pre-patch comes out.
No word on it; but you have a few months or so, might as well err on the side of caution if that stuff means something to you.
They might remove some of the rewards from torghast, like they unfortunately removed the title “The Faceless One.”
NOTHING should be removed from the game.

honestly at 290 ilvl you should be able to go in there any completely faceroll everything.
I know some have very strong opinions, but at leas at 272 ish ilvl when I did it, it wasn’t exactly faceroll. Still had to focus.
Edit: I’m referring to flawless layer 16.
Other stuff should be easy too.

Only thing I know of was the Mad World achievement. That was known well ahead of time though.
The Feat of Strength ‘Back from the Beyond’ might be gone.
Don’t let Blizz marketing know how well FOMO works on you! 
It is a good question.
And I hope they don’t, I should be able to roll in with my Dragonflight gear and blow the darn place up and get all of the achievements.
No achievement should be considered precious.
