Blizzard has no plan for “when” to unlock servers. They will only un-lock servers when the server population drops. That depends on players – who chooses to play where, and for how long. That depends on the pandemic, and when people can return to work or to school. And nobody knows that.
So nobody can predict the future…except this one little…
