Are these profession bugs?

At the start of TWW there were a lot of bugs that slowly got fixed. There are still bugs - for instance I get spammed with a set of achievements every time I log on. Most bugs are easy to detect and report. I have a feeling there are other bugs that are harder to identify and report in the way some things work - and some of these relate to professions. I am not going to list them all and not all are bugs but questions. Here goes…

  1. Skinning and finesse. I usually get finesse procs in runs. So typically I will get say 4 finesse procs in a row and then a string of non-procs. I feel like it should be a random roll each time.

  2. Amount gathered when finesse doesn’t proc. I remember in dragon flight for the most common herb once you were specced you’d get 3-5 each time you gathered and 6-13+ when finesse procced. In TWW I often get only 1 mycobloom when finesse doesn’t proc and sometimes only 2-3 when it does (more often 5-6 and sometimes greater).

  3. Variation in herb quality from gathering sessions. I usually take one truesight phial and gather for 30 mins. Typically I will get 30-40% rank 1, 30-40% rank 2 and 15-40% rank 3 - but sometimes I will get distributions that are very far removed from this - like today I spent 30 minutes herbing and got no rank 3 mycobloom - or a week ago I get ten times as much rank 1 than rank 2. You’d think half an hour was enough not to have distributions that a wildly variant. It’s like sometimes it feels like your tools and accessories are not functioning.

  4. The nodes that despawn as you are picking them. So many have posted about this. I don’t understand how the despawn mechanism works. As an example I often do circuits around the north of ringing depths for luredrop and orbinid. It’s a small area which means going back over areas you’ve just flown over. What can happen is you’ve just flown over an area 15 seconds ago and flying back a new luredrop spawn appears and then disappears before you get close to it. This happens without seeing anybody. It feels like spawns must not be unique to shards - and people you can’t see are causing despawns. Weird things happen with ‘forced’ shard swapping sometimes - particularly in some areas.

Thats a few gathering ones. Today I encountered a new crafting one. I was making rank 3 gilded vials to make some health potions. I was going to make 100 or so and decided I’d try mirror powder which enchanters make that is meant to increase multicraft by 300.
So half the crafts I used mirror powder. On those crafts (about 12) I got no multicraft procs and averaged 3.5 gilded vials per craft. On the crafts without mirror powder (again about 12) I got 6 multicraft procs and averaged 6.5 gilded vials per craft. It seems like mirror powder actually prevents mulitcraft from happening.
