Are there dragons in WoW that are able to convert other races into Vampiric Dragon forms? It’d be super dope to find a Forsaken Vampiric Dragon in the game.

Vampire Dragons would likely look cool.
In the cosmology of AD&D - yes, there are. The template is a bit off to me though.

That just sounds like a weird combination of things. Like logistically how would they get enough blood to sustain themselves.
after a bit of pvp i can see us getting DK Dracthyr 
when you think about it, we’re all vampires but instead of drinking blood we just straight up eat the whole thing.
