I don’t know if I missed something, but it seems odd that there are no relations between the two, no Earthen on Hallowfall and such, even if the entrance is just there open and even has a gate… are they not allies? or they didn’t knew about one antother? Also, this makes the Hallowfall Arathi not so cutoff, since the coreway gives access to the outside
There’s a questline given from the Hallowfall quartermaster where you learn that they knew about each other but trade got cut off very recently due to the nerubians, then you help re-establish trade. The general and councilward are old friends.

At around rank twelve you also get more quests for the earthen to aid hallowfall, but admittedly i’m still on that one myself and havent finished it

They were trade partners, but soon after Sargeras stabbed the planet contact became lost. The stabbing caused quakes in Khaz Algar and when the Arathi sent a party to the earthen, they never made it Dornogal. What happened to the party is unknown, but was presumably slain in the Ringing in the Deeps.
In time, both the Earthen and the Arathi thought the other had perished, until we helped them reestablish contact.

Most likely either Nerubians, Kobyss or Kobolds took out the Arathi party.
