I would hope so.
Nope in 10 chars.
No, no and no.
And in case you tried to write something, another no, and 1 more no.
Classic is all about your insignificance, you’re one of many, and you make your own reputation. Last thing we need is “Link X to get in…”
There is many achievements you can do in Classic WoW. Other players can see those achievements from the way your character walks in a main city or carries in a 5 man dungeons. You can see those achievements in guild chat after you have completed one.
Achievements take away from the Vanilla experience, that’s all I’ll say.
Your gear is your achievement
no achievements like how you know them in retail, there wont be a big noise file played with a screen flash and info pannel pop up when you ding 40 and get a mount.
Are there achievements in vanilla? There’s your answer.
Getting attuned and getting the keys to locked dungeons will be achievement enough.
My Quel’Serra will be achievement enough…especially now that Doris Day has died.
LFM Ony, link achieve or ignore.
Sounds soooo classic.
So my option is linking achi or /ignore the person, I guess I gotta ignore him no achi here.
Well ofc there are achievements. Just no toast or any kind of in game tracking. Get a pen and some paper or use a word program. /shrug
Hopefully not.
Although I could see some ambitious addon make an effort for tracking such things. They could literally take the ones from modern game that pertains to the old areas and copy them over. Whether or not Blizzard would deem it not appropriate for Classic is another thing though. If the API we get even allow such tracking in the first place. Not that I would endorse such an addon, but I can imagine some would try.
No achievements in classic.
This guy gets it
I am an achievement hunter in retail. I would hate to see that in Classic and fortunately, I won’t have to.
Epicfail!
HA. Nope, sorry.
