I know in WOW Retail there’s spells and items that boost your XP, I just wanted to make sure there’s none of this in WOW Classic. Thanks!
The only way to increase XP gained in Classic is by being rested.

As Xane mentioned, double xp from being rested is the only way. I believe the first xp increasing items were introduced in WotLK in the form of heirloom gear. Shoulders and chest pieces all based on the vanilla dungeon sets which gave +10% increased experience each for a total of 20% if you had both.
To directly answer your question: No. Those items don’t exist in classic. Just log out in an inn to get the normal rested xp.
