Are the titans evil?

The machine hologram said that the titan’s told High Speaker Brinthe about the “continents”BEFORE the sundering “ the disarray of the CONTINENTS!!! during the sundering”. This means that the titans lied to her about there being multiple continents BEFORE the sundering. Brinthe doesn’t know that the titans lied about there being only ONE continent before the sundering!!! She basically snitched on the titans but doesn’t even realize it!!! She has no knowledge except what they told her EXACTLY! Also acclimation is a very weird word to use from the titans. That means they were “ordering” “creatures” during their time here or close contact??? :face_with_monocle:

Likely but I hope not… they backed away from " WHAT IF THE LIGHT WAS EVIL" story line and its the same tired overplayed trope.

The Titans aren’t evil, they have their own motivations that don’t necessarily align with ours.

Of course, from perspective, I mean more like would they wipe us out if we had no use to them? Do they have any “emotions”? :eyes:

Wouldn’t say so.
Just more so that they don’t want corruption of the old gods to take worlds.
Or world souls.

But weren’t we transformed into “mortals” because of the old gods corruption? Technically aren’t we “tainted”?

Yes, this is the story of Ulduar and Uldum. They will wipe Azeroth clean if it goes against their ideals, luckily we changed Algalons opinion and stopped the Halls of Origination from firing.

We also see in Uldir what they did to Loa, Freya’s children in a sense. We also know Troggs were to be killed off but Freya saw them as their own beings deserving life at least in containment.

They’re not any more or less evil than any of the other Powers. The thing we have to remember about these guys – whether they’re fronting for Arcane, Holy, Shadow, Life, Death, Fel, what have you – is that they don’t have friends, they have interests.

Sometimes those interests align with ours. Sometimes not. And we need to have back-up plans in case the Titans’ interests turn towards burning down our houses and killing our people.

The rage of stepping on a lego or stubbing a toe on a table is universal… luckily Algelon has yet to find a world with a big enough table for Titans.

Newsflash: you’re evil and so is every other player. The death and chaos we sew for a few item level increases or a bit of gold…

I don’t think the titans of order are “evil” they are beings that only know ORDER. They want to put things in their vision and their vision is order. Fel just wanted to burn everything specially the void. And light and void well each other can’t exist without the other so… it’s an endless fight.

I wonder if illidan is teaching the pantheon of order and fel to have a different perspective on things… I guess we will see on last titan.

Good and evil are subjective. The Titans are saviors to some, and doombringers to others.
