Are the Shadowland Angel-Wings Account wide?

I’m working on getting the Shadowland Angel-wings for my healer at least one set.

These are the wings I want:

Harmonious Wings of the Ascended. Vendor white ones.
Reverent Wings of the Ascended. Quest.
Selfless Wings of the Ascended. Quest.

I would like to know if once I get these wings for transmog. If they are account wide/bound so I can use them on my alternate character healers?

Some transmogs can be used by Alternate characters even if they are lower level I would appreciate knowing if that is also the case. And if there are any restrictions to these wings.

And once acquired on one character can these wings be transmog for any other character and worn anywhere in the game outside of shadowlands like for example Stormwind?

Thank you.

The only restrictions on the wings seem to be that your characters need to be at least level 48 to transmog them. The Reverent Wings of the Ascended require doing that Path of Ascension thing which can be a pain. But the Harmonious and Selfless Wings are easy to get.

I think you also need to be renown 80 with the Kyrian on one character to use them on any character. Could be wrong, maybe they changed this.

I think I read somewhere that you can not wear those wings outside of the shadowlands zones. But I’m not sure. I would like to know myself?

This is correct.

This is incorrect.

This would be a hilarious nightmare if this was true.

Oh ok good. That means you can wear the wings anywhere in the game. I’m glad to hear that. Thanks.
