I’m pretty sure that the red “X” is telling us that it’s extremely active on that server. All of them being extremely active at the same time makes sense on a patch day. It’s prolly going to take a while to log on with that kind of traffic.

I log in and leave the realm selection screen up in the corner of my monitor so I can see when realms turn from grey to available.

I’ve performed a tarot reading to check the progress of the servers:

The servers are currently being held back, which will lead the playerbase to moody behaviors. You must use your knowledge from past maintenances to adapt to this current predicament.

it’s a patch day, when is the game ever up before given time during a patch day… normally it’s a couple hours longer
