If you mean the Ret Paladin nerfs, yes, they are live.

No they aren’t, the changes go live on the weekly reset, so 24th for NA and 25th for EU

In addition to the above notes and the 10.0.5 patch, during scheduled weekly maintenance on Tuesday, January 20, we will make a number of tuning adjustments to specializations based on their performance in PvP.
