I dont think anything was mentioned about them during PTR and I don’t remember seeing anything about them from people that messed around on the PTR, so my guess is sadly no.

They don’t look very shadowflame-themed, so not sure they’ll show up immediately.
It’s a shame because I really like them!
Its a long shot but I would of hoped they would have done some Legion style class quests to unlock them similar to heritage armor but for classes.
Probably something related to Wrathion if he can get his hands on Aberrus.
