Took me so long to decide on a main. Now getting to lvl 10 and seeing this garbage will be ugh… Gonna have to roll a warrior like everyone else!
Nobody really knows. Bliz said they’re mixing real changes with fake ones to throw the dataminers off. We’ll see on the fourth.
I would bank on them being highly likely. Could some changes still occur? Of course. Monday or Tuesday they probably drop a blue with all the official stuff and even that is still subject to change right.
Could all be fake… but with wowhead listing the changes I am leaning towards them being true.

Only blizzard comment about data mined stuff was specifically about certain models and mounts. And about " Active Anti-Datamining Measures: To curb spoilers and premature leaks, Blizzard has actively fought back during the beta by encrypting major content (like legendaries) and hiding stats for thousands of items until they are actually looted in-game."

It would be pretty wild for them to do it on this scale. Slide some stuff in on items, maybe systems, etc etc.. ok.. smoke screen..
Releasing notes that are fake that will enrage most paladins that like them in the future and then enrage all the druids now well.. that sure would be something wouldn’t it..

When it’s on wowhead it’s usually true.
They’re datamined changes from the client we’ve all downloaded. You could see them yourself if you knew how. But you don’t. Because you’re just you.

People are acting like blizzard are supervillains planting fake information. What they really said is that things from other versions of wow sometimes end up in the files so don’t trust everything that is datamined.

So now you can’t snipe with Wild growth but its still hands down the BEST for consistent AOE damage. Not to mention also hots are super strong there as well. So you have a healing niche compared to the other healers and you’ll still perform just fine on other fights.
I don’t see the problem here.
Having instant wild growth and 1.0 sec GCD rejuve supports a reactive play style. Resto druid is being billed as proactive, so you should be thoughtfully applying hots before damage happens. I think people are upset that they’ll have to actually learn fights and predict damage instead of being so fast that they can quickly react to damage after its happened. If you want to be a reactive healer then play resto sham, holy pally, or holy priest. I’m sorry you feel like your job got harder. You’re just being brought closer in line to what your job actually is. If people switch their main as a result then so be it. It’s not the end of the game or the world.
Straight up so many people living and dying by FOMO won’t last 2 months in an active balanced game like classic where time to max level is so high. Either they need all 8 classes and to gear them all non stop to feed that FOMO, or the first balance patch they’ll just drop the game anyway.
