Are the Arathi rares (from the BFA version) once per account per warfront?

End of xpac, doin my mog and toy rounds each day. Noticed the Arathi rares are marked as killed on my DK even though I killed them only on my Druid.

That’s odd.

I can’t speak for now, but I know before PrePatch, the rares from the zones were daily kills per character. I took a bunch of characters through one day and killed the rare that drops the raptor mount until it eventually dropped on one of the characters.

Ya I even went there on the DK just incase it was a UI bug with my addon but none of the rares had the icon to indicate they were rares
