Never trust or listen to streamers. Their opinions are theirs alone and should never be part of the masses yet alone yours. They say what ever they need to for the money period.

Yup.
Streamer’s ideas aren’t challenged on equal footing. Some people just don’t get it. It’s like me having an argument with some tv “news” personality. They’ll present some edited version of my argument, forming some sort of straw man, then tell everyone how I’m wrong. They’ll never hear my original argument or reply to their reply.
It’s not a genuine discussion, ever. But sometimes will be presented as one.

I think it goes hand-in-hand with why I played games versus just watching TV. I love TV, but it’s lazy engagement.
We are having an active interaction here whereas TV is just this sit there passive response. Streamers are the same. Canned entertainment.
They’re doing all the thinking for you and maybe occasionally you can chime in and say something like how’s your day going or BIG/Massive Pog but odds are they are not going to be able to respond to your post.
And let’s not forget it’s free advertising for Blizz and other companies.
I’m just in the wrong demographic. My kids have a long list of favorite streamers and the brands they support
They’re free advertising for games and the development studios who make them. They’ll say whatever they need to in order to get a paycheck or more traffic. There are some “real” ones here and there, but they are far and few between.

people should come up with their own conclusion. I watch streamers for entertainment, not for what I should like or dislike that’s weird.

Of course they’re out of touch. Regardless of what they actually say - they get paid to play the games that we reserve our idle time for. They’re chronically and clinically out of touch.

Never listen to streamers. They will say anything blizzard pays them to say.

As much as I hate PvP and wish Plunderstorm were a cooperative effort instead of a murderous free-for-all, I don’t think anyone should be upset. Don’t like it? Don’t play it.
We don’t have to be grateful for anything beyond the fact that if Plunderstorm is the biggest grief in your life, you should be very grateful.

They are in touch with their financial situations. “Hey {streamer}, I’ll give you this big bag of money to say my game is cool”. Done and done.

I am very upset about plundered mode. It killed the game and there is no one to q with now in 2s. Also, it seems to make retail servers lag, ever since patch came out, the game has been very laggy. It is like they put them on the same servers?
