If I enter a fresh Gnomeregan and kill trash to get to ziri “the wrench” littlesproket to buy the recipes but don’t kill any bosses will that save me to a raid id?

It’s not supposed to lock you if you only do that. But it also wouldn’t be the first time a lockout bugged and saved you anyways.
They should always be based on bosses, killing trash shouldnt do anything.
Definitely aint risking it myself, which is why it was infuriating that I couldn’t get shadowy figure to spawn for me last night before bed.
Got her this morning but just have to wait until my guild does raid tonight to finish up the profession quest.
Killing a boss will lock you to the raid id… kill trash will not
Ever since P2 of TBC Classic launched and people got saved for trash farming in SSC/TK I’ve never risked it until like a week or 2 after a new content launch.
