Most of us already played TBC? So no.
Classic players have retail living rent free in their heads. Retail players generally could not care less.

I for one won’t be playing TBC. The color schemes in half the zones give me headaches. And since one of the zones is Hellfire I won’t be playing it at all.
Scared about it? Not in the slightest. Let people have fun where they may.

If I get my Island Expedition Solo Queue, and can do the Covenant stuff, I couldn’t care who else was on the server. Keep the lights on, and I’ll keep playing.

We went through all this when they launched Classic. Retail was fine then, it’ll be fine through BC. Will we lose some players? Maybe. But not so many that it’ll die. Hell, retail does a better job of killing retail than any classic server does!

Having played it when it was retail, I doubt I’ll go back, so no. Not scared. Some people will play it for nostalgia, some will play it for the first time, at the end of the day, it won’t affect retail much, if at all.

Big disagree, TBC zonss are the best looking zones in thengame not to mention the beauty of the nether drakea and black temple sets TBC is literally a revolutionary expansion when it comes to graphics It looks better than retail

Nah, while I do like its possible to play the older expansions where it feels relevant but I rather not be stuck in the past, you know?
TBC is going to burn out a lot of players, like it did by the time some of the laters tiers did when it was retail

Tbc was good because of how naive and friendly and energized the community was. This version of tbc will be ruined just like classic was by the min max parse simming tryhards wanting to forego the soul of the expansion in the name or speedrunning pink parses
