I just crafted a couple of double arrow items and my leatherworking didn’t increase. I was wondering if it’s capped until I level more? I googled leveling cap for professions but couldn’t find a precise answer. If so, what level do I need to get to 75?
Your level has nothing to do with it. Double arrow (previously yellow) is a higher likelihood of a skill point than single arrow (previously green), but it is not a guarantee. A guarantee would be a triple arrow (previously red).

I think everyone is wrong or they recently added a cap. I keep making “yellow” gear and can’t get past 68. Going to level and try again.
Show us a screenshot of your profession tab. You prob can’t lev up from that skill caz your over the lev that it gives you xp
Just go to a guide. They tell you what to make to what lev and tjen what to change to making
Okay, here. These toys show up when I have it filtered for “Has skill up” I’ve made several and am still at 68.
You can have a very long dry spells on leveling with yellow crafts (My level 70 Shaman had a lot of difficulty leveling her jewelcrafting)

Well as soon as I hit level 64 it started moving again. but good to know.
