Yes. The bubble used to forbid using any offensive spells and abilities, and just heal. Then it got updated to allow the player to deal damage at 50%, then no damage reduction.
It should go back to just allowing the player to heal up. Lost track on how many times I’ve seen paladins use bubble to attack and mow down players.
