I met a distraught Blood Elf today. Weirdly enough, he had a very narrow moustache. I didn’t even know Blood Elves had beard. He told me he had been rejected from Dalaran by a Gnome mage. He lamented how far the Blood Elves have fallen. He told me the Blood Elves are the most pure blooded Elves, and that Gnomish propaganda lied about Elves evolving from Trolls. He told me that Night Elves are the products of bestiality between Trolls and Elven peasants.

So you’re telling me that in this narrative, a blood elf is saying they used to have intercourse with trolls, who they saw as animals, and yet at the same time blood elves have “fallen from grace”?

Well at least they do it with humans now.
Depending on what type of Nightelves, there are at the moment 3 kinds of them, Kaldorei resistance (an organization of the lowborn commoners, led by a priestess of Elune, and druid who sleeps 24/7), The Highborne Nightelves (Noble and royal elves once led by Azshara, due to the addiction to arcane magic, almost destroyed the Azeroth and basically turned into a Naga), and then there is the Shal’dorei (an authentic Highborne, the elves which the Highborne of the Kalodrei Empire would have become if they would not turn into Naga.)
Blood elves are High elves, therefore, it is very common for them to have an arrogant personality, however, there is no match to the Nighborne when it comes to arrogance.
Heck, how many times you have been called Lowborn scum by the Nightborne in Suramar?
The pride, nobility, and royalty which those elves carry have left a mark in everyone’s heart.
Back to the topic.
Remember the gates of the Nighthold cinematic? In which Elisande roasted all elven groups, in which she implies the Nightborne are the ones who stayed true to their birthright.
I agree with her.
The Shal’dorei are the chosen.
Kael’thas had something to say about this but I feel asleep before he finsished.
Everyone has tried Troll at some point. No shame for Nelves.
