Joining a group gives others special rights? that’s a new one to me. I can see why you chose rogue though, you get to do what you like, while demanding what you want from others. Sort of reminds me of my 4 year old nephew when he starts talking about what’s fair.
If you join a group you are expected to contribute to it. Providing food and water is a mage contribution. The mages who refuse to do this are the ones acting like 4 year olds.
Your job is to dance on the Ironforge mail box. Yet here you are, slacking off.
lots of ways to contribute that don’t involve giving free stuff to ungrateful sots. They could even contribute in the same way you do, with thier damage output.
These people would argue that they aren’t responsible for trying to win in a game. Willing to bet all these mages that refuse to drop tables sit at stables/farm afk while the rest of the team does the hard work.
Ironforge? What is this, Classic Era? We dance in Stormwind and Shattrath now!
So my general rule of thumb on my pally for mages that don’t drop tables – I will override any of the pally buffs they have received from other pallies in the BG (i.e. refresh BoW with my own BoW) until they have only 1 pally buff left from me, then I will replace that last pally buff with Greater Blessing of Salvation.
It seems to do the trick when you remove all of their other pally buffs and give them salvation only.
I am expecting them to use their group utility when engaging in group content. If they can’t be bothered to do that, then perhaps they should stick to solo content.
Hmm, so doing the same thing you are doing in the group, damage output, is not enough. Well then, if your class cannot provide food and water, then by your logic, they do not contribute.
I expect mages in my dungeons runs to drop tables too.
nah, we know Shadows is sitting at farm sapping people over and over for an entire AB
When you queue up for a BG, you check that there is food and water in your bags first, right? Like that’s just common sense.
