Are Legion raids soloable at level 70?

I just tried BFA raids and got my answer real soon :pensive:

Managed to blow through mythic Legion stuff pretty easily, had to maybe use a cooldown or two on certain bosses, but didnā€™t have a wipe.

Granted that was before the scaling happened for level 70, I havenā€™t gone back to old raids yet since Dragonflight, so Iā€™m not 100% how it all looks atm.

Hooray, can finally give the latter mythic raids a slap.

This poor Druid gave up after burning to death repeatedly in fel lava to Avatar.

Maybe I can burn him now before the damn floor disappears.

They were soloable at 60, so yeah, definitely at 70 too.

I did F2L2 at 60 before I hit 70 (at lvl 60). I always could solo (except for when they brought knock off back on aggramar), and was ilvl 299 for it. I struggled with avatar but could solo. I never tried kilā€™jaeden solo (never wanted any mogs).

Currently I am 343. I just tried Tomb and soloed everything. You still have to do mechanics. Kil jaeden and avatar both first tried. However the power is not as massive as you think it is.

Tried, not true. Plays the exact same way as it did before. No changes whatsoever. The ship is still down to mobility and coming out quicker. Still about managing adds and killing the fel reavers. This is as of 5 minutes ago. Not sure where youā€™re getting that they removed the ship mechanic. Killing mobs is easier, but if you struggled before, youā€™ll continue struggling.

I had no problem soloing at least LFR Antorus at 60, so 70 should be able to handle up to Mythic no problem

Legion raids were soloable at 60 so Iā€™d hope so.

They were soloable before DF, but Blizzard keeps screwing up scaling, so who knows.

Based on other responses, you should be good.

Are you talking about Mythic here? Cause thatā€™s what the convo is about for Eonar. Thatā€™s the only difficulty anyone has had trouble with for Legion raids, especially Eonar.

The real question is who had the stupid idea of scaling BFA further to 60?

Mythic Antorus, the Burning Throne was soloable by some classes at 60, not all. Iā€™m sure this roster has expanded at 70. Plus they added that damage multiplier to Legion raids now.

Iā€™m aware, I was asking a question of someone who said a mechanic was missing but that mechanic is only present for Mythic AFAIKā€¦so it just sounds to me like they werenā€™t doing Mythic.

Eonar still requires mechs for Mythic or you will wipe.

they buffed the bosses in prepatch. to scale ā€œRelative to player powerā€.

This was a while ago to be fairā€¦ As in towards the start of 9.1.

The extra 10 levels I have now should go a long way. :sweat_smile:

Those damn raids just have the best mogs for a lot of classes.
