Does anyone else have the feeling that the forums are the new end game? I’ve never once felt motivated to gravitate to the forums since the was so much to do in the past. Before it felt like the whole game opened up to you after hitting level cap, and now I feel like I’m trapped in small box waiting till the next daily reset to move 1 step forward.
I was gifted BFA after not playing since WOTLK and I have no idea how a new player could get invested into the game the way all my friends did in the past. The last time I leveled through a character, you could feel the fulfillment of every piece of gear you upgraded. Now I couldn’t even tell anything had changed after upgrading. For reference I completed all of BFA leveling with the stock Legion weapon without noticing, simply because another pair of twin warglaives never dropped.
Now I can’t even enjoy any previous content that I missed because I’ll be dinged for all of the daily quests I miss for the day. There really isn’t a whole lot of enjoyment of being forced to do the same 3 or 4 daily quests types to handle reputations like CFA and TS. And those 3 or 4 flavors, all require inordinate amounts of travel to hit all 6 zones to make any meaningful progress.
Before throwing shade, pathfinder part 1 is complete, and a few more days of mechagon remain. So this isn’t a matter of being to lazy to do the inane requirements.
P.S. it makes zero sense to be able to meaningfully participate in The Eternal Palace after dinging 120.

I have effectively pissed off a lot of people among my 585 posts. Possibly with Death threats at this point. So yes forums is end game lol.

Yes forums are the new end game, that’s why you can only give so many hearts. It’s time gating.

One monitor for WoW, one monitor for my browser, and one monitor for Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Crunchyroll, etc.
Yeah, I’d be lost without my triple monitor setup. Since the new quest text literally gives zero context for what you need to do. I’ve found that 50% of the time, it was SORRY YOU MISSED THE CAVE that the mob is in.

If you get 10 million hearts across all your posts, your text will turn blue and you get an animated avatar. It’s very compelling gameplay!

I’m not really a fanatic, but both systems have benefits and downsides (I still want both just for options though).
Buying flight at max level is quick and nice and fun but not for every single alt.
They are one of them, yes.
