Previously, Timewalking dungeons are scaled to a certain low level, and [Heart of Azeroth] and BFA Azerite head, shoulder, and chest pieces can give players extra power in Timewalking.
Currently, however, it seems that all Timewalking dungeons scale to max level at 80. This has made Heart of Azeroth and all BFA Azerite gear useless, hasn’t it?
Yes, you cannot twink in Timewalking without Level Locking a toon or being in Raid Tier gear at Cap
I have a 59 DH Twink with XP off and a setup using azerite armor. The azerite traits work fine. THe essences in the neck however are not working due to a bug. It gives you the shadowlands message “servered from azeroth” even in stormwind and dungeons based in azeroth…
TW Dungeons scale upwards towards your level.
TW Raids scale downward to lvl 30-40
The dungeon scaling is kinda dumb and weird because when you’re level 75ish you have very low iLvl gear, it feels like garbage.
Azerite traits work just fine in TW . Its hilarious.
