That was honestly a bit dissappointing seeing that cascade won’t make its return. I thought someone had datamined cascade again but maybe that will be on the final hero class tree reveal?
It’s be cool to see cascade return back in ANY form. Even a passive that causes your final PoM bounce to burst into a cascade would be marvelous!! We’d be the sparkle class!!

They need to revisit halo being the spell for archon imo.
Cascade needs to make a comeback. Archon seems so lackluster with the whole idea being based around an improved/enhanced form. Having cascade come out with some Halo hits would be cool. Based on the tier set names I think theres still a chance of cascade being in the game. The “shards” could be the cascade which would be exciting!
I honestly wish Cascade outright replaced the whole Halo idea for Archon. A big circle/ring pulsating on my character just feels so goofy to me. Cascade was actually a very pretty spell, and they could juice it up and making it look amazing.
Archon is so underwhelming. They put so little effort into several of these “hero” trees, it’s a little embarrassing. They don’t feel very heroic.
The whole description of Archon:
They took this and lazily added +damage and +duration to the cds. No additional interactions, and for Shadow, makes them use a spell that they absolutely have no desire to use just to get the maximum benefit from it.
