There are multiple times where ill be within 10 yard of a boss and cast abilities and my Arcanite Dragonling will just do nothing. But when i tested it in a duel with a friend ill be 40 yards away and ill cast the first spell a fireball for example and he will attack instantly so i dont know why it works in PVP after i attack but not in raids. This is not a normal behavior and i really think Blizzard needs to look into this as there are many ranged DPS also experiencing this same issue & i think its time something is done about this.
